Android Junk File / Registry Cleanup Program, CCleaner is perhaps the most popular app for Windows users. Now Piriform, the makers of CCleaner, have created an app for Android users as well. The CCleaner app for Android devices can clean junk files, cache, browser history, SMS messages, phone call history, etc. in addition to allowing you to uninstall installed apps and view system statistics. It is still under development and more features will be added soon by Piriform developers.

The CCleaner app for Android is available from the Google Play Store. After installation, you can launch it from the All Apps screen. Once launched, the junk cleaner interface is shown by default. You can tap  Analyze to allow your device to scan its storage and learn which items can be deleted.After the scan is finished, you can select one of the different categories of junk files (such as browser history, SMS log, etc.) and tap the Clean dialog box to get rid of them.

Application Manager In the CCleaner app section, you can see all installed applications as well as system applications. You can find out the application names and how much space they consume on your device. You can also uninstall one or more of these applications if you wish.

In the System Info section, you can see real-time statistics of your own system resources usage. It shows how much of your CPU is used by the system, user applications and how much is idle. You can also see RAM usage, internal or external storage usage, battery charge level and temperature.
