First of all, please make sure that you are using a case that is compatible with your device and that the case you use does not cover the speaker part.
Go to Settings and click on Sound.
Check whether the media volume and ring notification volume options are turned on.
Make sure Do Not Disturb mode is not enabled. To disable this setting, turn off the Do Not Disturb option in the Opening Window. In this mode, the device will restrict incoming notification sounds, so no sound may be output from the device.
Restart your device by pressing and holding the Power button and clicking Restart in the window that opens.
Please check whether your device has been damaged after falling or hitting it. If there is no impact on your device, make sure that the speaker part shown below is clean and free of dust.
