By clicking the PrtSc button, you can capture the entire screen. However, it will only be copied to the clipboard and will not automatically be saved to your computer. You may need an image editing tool to paste the screenshot you have taken. After pasting the image into the editor, save the file. You can use a third-party editor or use Microsoft Paint instead.

There is another built-in tool called Snipping Tool that you may have noticed on your computer. Just go to Start> All Programs> Windows Accessories> Snipping Tool.
