How to remove past apps from the “My Apps” list in the Google Play Store on your Android device:
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android smartphone. You must be using the same Google account on your Android phone from which you want to delete the list of past apps
- On the Google Play Store screen, tap the menu icon (tap on the three horizontal lines near the top left corner) to open the Play Store menu. From this menu you need to select My Apps .
- The My Apps screen shows a list of all the apps currently installed on your Android phone, as well as a list of all older apps installed on any device that uses the same Google account as the one you use on this phone/tablet. To see all the apps installed through this Google account you need to select All .
- Tap the little cross icon on any app you want to remove from this list. A prompt will appear asking if you really want to remove that app from the “My Apps” list. Tap OK and you will remove that app from the list.
- You need to repeat the same process for all the apps you want to remove from the “My Apps” list.
The “My Apps” list in the Google Play Store is really useful. Using this list you can easily find which app you installed a while ago and install it again. If you have multiple Android devices using the same Google account, you can easily use all devices in the “My Apps” list to easily find and install the same apps.
