How to Create Animated Stickers on Instagram
After opening the app, you can create animated stickers from the videos in your gallery with the ‘cuts’ option in the story creation section. The steps you need to follow are as follows:
- To create a story, press the + button and go to the story creation screen.
- Tap on ‘cuts’ in the stickers section at the top right.
- Select a video on your phone and set a 6-second interval.
- The appropriate object to create a sticker in the range you have selected will be automatically selected. If you wish, you can directly click on ‘create sticker’ and you can move forward.
- You can expand, collapse or change this selection by pressing the ‘manually select’ button in the bottom left corner.
- For manual selection, you can tap to try to capture the entire object.
- After completing the selection, click on the ‘create sticker’ button in the bottom right corner.
- After this step, your sticker is ready.
- When you want to use this sticker, just click on ‘stickers’ and browse the options at the top. This means that the animated stickers you create once are automatically saved and can be used at different times.
How to Delete Stickers Created on Instagram
- When you want to delete a sticker you created following the steps described above, press and hold on the sticker you want to delete from the alternatives listed next to the ‘cuts’ option.
- At this stage, you will see a warning. This warning states that when you delete the relevant sticker, reels videos and stories created by others with this sticker will be deleted. Content created by you will not be deleted.
